Time for an update! My family and I have arrived in California, and had a wonderful mini-road trip along the way. I have been so busy the last week catching up on all the school work I wasn't able to do during the trip, I have finally found some time to put some pictures up:) Below are some pictures from the first part of our trip, in Arizona.

Here is Alexander and me at the base of Montezuma Castle. It was pretty cool to see what ancient civilizations did 1000 years ago without any tools!

Here is a picture of the
roads in northern Arizona. They were up and down, curve after curve. I was riding with my mom, and we were both
terrified of being up so high-- I'm not a fan of curves or
heights, so it was pretty scary!

Ah, the pretty
cactus's:)

The sign to the beautiful Grand Canyon!

Here is a picture from the first stop along the 25 mile park. The canyon was huge!

It was so pretty! Some people even hiked over to a rock!

It was so pretty!
At sunset, the Grand Canyon is even more beautiful. Here, just as we were leaving, the sun was starting to set.
